He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. O'Loughlin Jr. and Jeanne O'Loughlin (Demers); and his sister Deborah O'Loughlin. He is survived by: his significant other Trish O'Loughlin (Wolcott) of Bedford, NH; his daughter Lauren Lyons (Alex); his granddaughter Maggie of Stonington, CT; his son Trevor (Sarah); his grandson Charles Thomas O'Loughlin; his siblings, Amy Choroszy (John) of Wells, ME and Matthew O'Loughlin (Ellen) of Barnstable, MA; his sister-in-law Pamela Cerne (Matthew) of Wayland, MA; his nieces and nephews, Nathan O'Loughlin (Danielle), Brigid O'Loughlin (Brett O'Neil), James O'Loughlin, Oliver, Andrew and Lily Cerne; and his great-niece Lilah O'Loughlin.
