She was predeceased by: her close friend Thomas Hutchinson; and her parents, John Cusack and Julia Cusack (Correll). She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her children, Linda Mahaney (Jim) of Wells, ME, Laura Smith (David) of Strafford, NH and Tom Hutchinson (Tammy) of Windham, NH; her granddaughters, Nicole Smith West (Robbie) of Strafford, NH and Brooke Smith of Strafford, NH; and her great grandchild Hayden Thomas West.
