He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis X. Quinlan and Vera A. Quinlan (Cadigan); his wife Diane Quinlan (Janowicz); his sister Laurie Ellen Quinlan; and his brothers-in-law, David Ahearn and Arthur Gallagher.
He is survived by: his friend Jack O'Neill; his nephews, Brice Gallagher and Connor Brewster; his son Sean P. Quinlan of Lowell; and his siblings, Francis X. Quinlan (Dorothy) of Lowell, Michael H. W. Quinlan (Deborah) of Bedford, NH, Mary Margaret Ahearn of Dracut, MA, Vera A. Gallagher of Lowell, Rosemary Brewster (Bruce) of Lowell, Kerry Deveau (Jeffrey) of South Lawrence, MA and Catherine Breen of Lowell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
