Margaret A. Kalinski Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2018, at the age of 90, Margaret A. Kalinski (Bedford, New Hampshire), born in Bangor, Maine passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret A. Kalinski to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Ahearn and Mary Cecelia Ahearn (Cunningham); and her husband Alexander J. Kalinski (Al).
When informed of the diagnosis that would end her life, she commented, "I have had a great life. I have a wonderful family. It's time to see Al. Peg is survived by her children, Daniel J. Kalinski and his wife, Nancy, James M. Kalinski and his wife, Anne Marie, David B. Kalinski and his wife, Hope, and Bethann Lowrie and her husband, Martin, and her grandchildren, Holly A. Biedrzycki, Meredith A. Kalinski, Brendan P. Kalinski, Ryan M. Lowrie, Alexandra Lowrie and Jonathan A. Kalinski. She is also survived by her only sibling, John F. Ahearn and several extended family members. Peg's family is very appreciative of the wonderful care, comfort and support she received from the doctors, nurses and staff of Catholic Medical Center during the final two weeks of her life. They also want to thank her caring and supportive hospital roommate, Cassy. Calling hours will be on Friday, August 24, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Durning, Bykowski & Young Funeral Home, 285 Manchester St. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 12 noon in St. Peter Church, 567 Manchester Road, Auburn. Committal prayers will follow in St. Hedwig Cemetery, Donald St. in Bedford. Memorial donations may be made to the Sisters of the Precious Blood Monastery, 700 Bridge St. Manchester, N.H., 03104.
