He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James F. Conway and Mary Campbell Conway; and his siblings, Michael, Stephen, Maria Pedro and Ellen.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Struck Conway; his children, James III of South Burlington, VT, Thomas, Paul, Patrick, Kathleen Haley and Elizabeth Baker; his siblings, Rev. Richard Conway of Dorchester, MA and Mary Stewart of Framingham, MA; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Conway of Windham, NH. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
