He is survived by: his wife Julia Cate; his grandchildren, Catlyn Kraus (Miller), Zachary Johnson, Thomas Miller, Jr., Alyssa Borrazzo, Kristen Hardwick (Page), Lauren Page, Michael Page Jr. and Arianna Borrazzo; and his great grandchildren, Miles, Monroe, Mona, Hayley and Lochlann.
