He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon H. Lewis, Sr. and Eleanor Lewis; his brother Matthew Lewis; his stepchildren, Gordon S. Lewis, Leslie Lewis Froio and Ryan Lewis; his brother Michael Lewis; and his spouse Valrie C. Lewis. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that people donate to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Manchester VNA Hospice.
