He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Moore and Harvey Moore of Boston, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Moore (Goulet); his sons, David B. Moore of Bedford, NH and Nathaniel P. Moore of Burlington, VT.; and his siblings, Betsy Mills, Peter and Gregory Moore. He is also survived by loving his family and friends.
