He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oudens and Louise Oudens; and his siblings, John L. Oudens, William H. Oudens and Mary Lou Monaco (Oudens).
He is survived by: his wife Gloria LaBonte; and his brothers, Gerald F. Oudens of Annapolis and Michael H. Oudens of Big Sky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
