He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Fiore and Alice Fiore (Dolly); and his wife Cynthia Rose Fiore (DeMarco). He is survived by: his children, Daniel Fiore II, Deborah Hawkins and Cynthia Fournier; and his grandchildren, Jason Fiore, Sr., Kristine Range, Danyele Auditore, Karl Kammann IV, Jessica Kammann, Derek Hawkins, Gawan Fiore, Samantha Fournier and Stephanie Fournier. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
