He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Packard and Hazel Packard (Stevens); his siblings, Lawrence Packard, Edward Oldham and Beatrice Packard; and his grandson Keenan Packard.
He is survived by: his stepmother Cora Packard (Oldham); his wife Nancy Packard (Bettencourt) of Bedford; his children, Craig Packard (Karey) of Londonderry, NH, Debra Bartlett (Rob) of Londonderry and Susan Humphrey (Phil) of Warwick, RI; and his brother Kenneth Oldham of Portage, MI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A walk-through wake with masks, social distancing and limited interaction with the family will be held on Friday February 12, 2021 from 3 to 5pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH.
