He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Skipper, Jr. and MaryLou Skipper (Cabana); his brothers, David A. Skipper and Robert E. Skipper, III; and his nephew Robert E. Skipper, IV.

He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Justin and Abbey of Barrington; his siblings, Darlene of Barrington and Michael of Dover; and his uncle Fred Cabana of Dover.
