It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joycelyn Jean Bentfield of Barrington, New Hampshire, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fern Reifschneider (Larson) and Gilbert Reifschneider; her husband Cullen Serr of Elkins; her children, Richard "Buddy" Bentfield, Jr. of Cumberland, RI, Justine Bentfield (Rob Egerman) of Delgauw and Stephen Bentfield (Kerrie) of Centennial, CO.; her grandchildren, Aaron Egerman of Providence, RI, Jack and Charlie Bentfield of Centennial, CO.; her stepson Kevin Serr (Marnie); her stepgrandson Jake of Coeur; her close friend Loraine Howard of Glen Mills, PA; her cousin Norman Larson of Blair, NE; and her sister-in-law Eva Reifschneider of Van Nuys, CA. She was also cherished by several close friends, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to either organization.
