She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren W. Berry and Eva M. Berry (Mattox); her husband Chuck; her sisters, Thelma B. Ward, Althea D. Berry and Barbara B. Berry; and her nieces and nephews, Fred G. Ward, Jr., Anthony Borodavchuk, Warren Ward, Dorothy L. Ward and Constance Ward.
She is survived by: her nieces, Shirley Peatfield of Danbury, CT and Martha-Jo Garnett (Mark). She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
