She is survived by: her parents, Henry Jr. Friedrich and Alma Friedrich (Trow); her husband William Runels (Bill); her children, Wanda Cyr (Craig) of Candia, NH and Greg Meadows (Shannon); her siblings, Henry III, Marlena Keyser, Billie Pepper and Thomas; and her grandsons, Alexander Cyr and Jackson Meadows. She is also survived by several cousins, one niece and one nephew.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Vickie kept herself busy designing and sewing cloth masks.
