He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Kiley; and his brother Patrick Kiley. He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Louise Seminatore; his son Jesse Kiley (Sarah); his girlfriend Liz Cronin; his girlfriend's son James Cronin; his siblings, Michael Kiley (Rita), Deborah Kiley and Beth Caldwell (Bill); his sister-in-law Melanie Kiley; and his grandsons, Alex and Henry Kiley. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; and twelve great nieces and nephews.
