He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Carvalho of Auburn, NH and David Carvalho of Ft. Meyers, FL.; his great grandchildren, Kendall and Khari; and his siblings, Roy Carvalho of Peabody, Gail Galvin of Iowa and Joyce Welton of Maine. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
