He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludger Boutin and Edith Boutin; and his brothers, Paul, Bernard and Richard Boutin.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Boutin; his children, Ursula Rouleau of Merrimack, NH, Todd Boutin of Alburgh, VT, Stephanie (Mark Hersey), Amanda Plecinoga of Auburn, NH, Justin (Colleen Boutin) and Heather (Brian Jillson); his daughter-in-law Melissa Boutin of Grand Isle, VT.; his siblings, Doris Jodoin of Canada, James (Jeanne Boutin), Diane and Darlene (George Thomas); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Grace Costa (Therese Kelly) of Boston, MA and Gene (Kimberly Sullivan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
