She was predeceased by: her parent Lawrence Tuttle. She is survived by: her parent Louise Tuttle (Capron); her son John J. "Jack" Murphy, Jr.; her wife Kim of Hampton, NH; her daughter Carol Cachion (William); her brother Roger Tuttle of West Yarmouth, MA; her grandchildren, Jason Riley of Dover, NH, Mindy Riley, Melissa Murphy and Sean Murphy of Portsmouth, NH; and also, Waltham Hospital of Nursing, Class and Cadet Nurse Corps. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
