He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Hulme and Harriett Hulme; his child Kelly Ann Walz; and his sister Carole Dwyer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hulme; his daughter Patricia "Trish" Hulme; his siblings, Gilbert Hulme (Marlene) and Joyce Hulme; his grandchildren, Mikayla and Michael Walz; and his sister-in-law Ann (Leonard Flynn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the donor's choice. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
