He is survived by: his wife Ruth Harrigan (King) of Atkinson; and his children, Kevin Harrigan of Union, KY, Mark Harrigan (Sheryle) of Methuen, MA and Mary Law (Stephen) of Manchester, NH. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
