Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Flanagan of Atkinson, New Hampshire, born in Everett, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 84, on December 2, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Flanagan and Elfreda Flanagan (Taylor); his son Kevin Flanagan; his sister Marjorie Stanley; and his brother-in-law Richard Stanley.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Flanagan (Brown) of Atkinson, NH; his sons, John D. Flanagan, Jr. of Tampa, FL and James Flanagan (Sandy) of Wakefield, MA; and his grandchildren, John D. Flanagan, III of Tampa, FL, Matthew Flanagan (Danielle Howington) of Tewksbury, MA and Katherine Flanagan of Wakefield, MA. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Relatives and friends are invited to call from 4 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday December 8, 2020, at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH, following the guidelines of the State of New Hampshire for social distancing and the wearing of face masks in the funeral home at all times.
