He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Troy and Margaret V. Troy (Carmody); his brothers, William H. Troy and Thomas J. Troy; his wife Constance Troy (Carroll); and his sons, John D. Troy and Thomas M. Troy.
He is survived by: his children, William J. Troy (Karen), Constance (Bernard Godbout) and Kathleen (J. Michael Lawrence); his daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Troy and Joyce Troy; his grandchildren, Kristin DiMarino (Peter), Brian Troy, Timothy Troy (Danielle), Lauren Bergeron (Adam), Mark Godbout, Jessica Godbout, Jared Lawrence (Cherilyn) and Joshua Lawrence; and his great grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Kaylee, Mackenzie, Madison, Genevieve, Jackson, Liam, Gabriel, Luca, Teagan and Willa.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Ancient Order of Hibernians, James T. O'Reilly Division 8 scholarship fund.
