He was predeceased by: his wife Alma Harty (Ovitt); his parents, James Harty and Louise Harty (Hemmer); and his brothers, Donald Harty and Richard Harty.
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Harty of East Hartford, CT and Daniel Harty II (Harriet) of Townsend, MA; his grandchildren, Amanda Libby (Levi) and Jacob Paulhus; and his great grandchildren, Tayler, Rosie-Elizabeth, Sophia, Michaela, Aliyana, Laila and Charlotte Libby.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home (116 Main St, Plaistow, NH 03865). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
