She is survived by: her daughter Miriam Acevedo of Atkinson; her sisters, Ana Luz Ramos of Puerto Rico and Monin Padin of Georgia; her grandchild Elizabeth Naters-Gamarra (Joshua Blaney); and her great grandchild Emaline Violet Blaney-Gamarra.
