She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Peters and Rosalie Peters (Wakefield); her child Scott Legros; her child-in-law JoAnne Legros; and her grandchild Melissa Libby.

She is survived by: her children, Gail M. Campiola of Zebulon, Peter M. Legros of Atkinson, Susan M. (James D. Marnie) of Windham, John J. (Karen S.), Michael (Caroline Legros) of Methuen and James S. (Julie Legros) of Center Ossipee; and her grandchild James Legros. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
