He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Russell Elton; his close friend Jace Cuenca; his children, Chelsea Ballou (Joseph Ballou Jr.) and Cody Cross; his mother Nancy [Cook] Cross (Cook); and his siblings, Marcia Kersting and Timothy Cross. He was also cherished by many grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
