She was predeceased by: her father David Willette; and her son Andrew Dame Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Claudia Willette (Sehecal) of Ashland; her brothers, Robert McMahon (Donna) of Ashland and Matthew Willette (Michelle) of Campton; and her nephew Matthew.
