She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cote and Irene Cote (LaPlante); her son Jay P. Howard; and her siblings, Steven, Paul, Armand, Raymond, Gilbert Cote, Alice, Lillian, Anita, Theresa, Lorraine and Mary Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Vedvig (Wayne) of North Dakota, Susan Ruiz (Daniel) of Massachusetts, Judson Howard of Arizona and Joseph Howard (Karen) of Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Michael, Jennifer, Jordan, Judson, Jr., Adrianna and Myles; and her sisters, Lucille Fredette of North Carolina and Virginia Bergeron of Haverhill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
