He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kuchinos and Helen Kuchinos (Panny). He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, Theresa and Owen; and his siblings, David Kuchinos (Joan) and Susan McCann (Tyler). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and large extended family.
