He was predeceased by: his brother Dana Kellogg. He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Kellogg of Peterborough and Ruth Kellogg (Paisley) of Peterborough; his wife Karen Kellogg; his daughter Hailey Kellogg; and his sisters, Kimberly Hughes and Kristin Joslin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
