He is survived by: his wife Sybil Hebert (Collins); his siblings, Delores Arel, Janet Rousseau, Victor Hebert and Rene Hebert; his sons, Edmond J. Hebert, Allen Hebert and Bryan (Marta Hebert); his grandchildren, Elisabeth Fellows (Hebert) and Bryan Hebert II; and his great grandchild Herbert Fellows IV.
