He is survived by: his wife Judy Budge (Hunt) of Andover; his children, William Budge of Cincinnati, OH, Sherri Budge of Jefferson, GA and Vicki Paquin of Gilmanton; his grandson Nicholas Sanchas (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Elena of Jefferson, GA. and Xavier Sanchas of Jefferson, GA..
