She is survived by: her nephew Walter; her daughter Pamela A. Smith; her grandchildren, Matthew M. Smith and Kristina C. Moustakis (Peter); and her great grandchildren, Charles J. Smith, Ariana M. Moustakis and Victoria A. Moustakis.
