He is survived by: his wife Roselle Neely (Dyer); his children, Pamella Neely (Robert Hoffman) of Santa Fe, NM and James W. Neely III (Claire); his grandchildren, Logan, Leia and Sadie of Virginia; and his brother Jack Neely (Jill).
