It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Moore Eldridge Sr. of Amherst, New Hampshire, born in Bentonville, Arkansas, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Granville Erasmus and Kathryn Eldridge (Moore); his wife Genevieve Sue Morgan; his children, Genevieve (David Moore) of Magnolia, DE, Susan Eldridge of Amherst, NH and James Eldridge, Jr. (Kimberly) of Lyndeborough, NH; his grandchildren, Erin Wright, Katye Moore, Gloriana Moore, James Eldridge (Maria), Daniel Eldridge (Storm), Matthew Eldridge (Sara), Abigail (Dylan Lundy) and Gracie Eldridge; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Audrey, Alex and Atlas.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's memory may be made to his hospice provider through Amedisys Foundation, 8 Commerce Dr, Suite 101, Bedford, NH 03110 or to your favorite mission organization.

“I graduated from Bentonville Arkansas in 1948. Jim and I were close friends. He married a classmate, Sue Morgan. I have great memores of him and Sue. I only saw him one time (In Chicago) after High School. He went on to attend U of A and I entered the USAF. I remember scout events during those years. He is with Sue now. J. N. Roach”
