He is survived by: his friends, Mike (Michelle Riley) and Roland Philbrick; his sister Helen; his children, Heath (Vanessa Smith) and Michelle (Jason Obermeyer); and his siblings, Kenneth (Sue) and Holly Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
