He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hallstrom and Frances Hallstrom; and his brother Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Elayne; his daughters, Christine Steuer (Tim) of Laconia and Cindy (Rick Finethy) of Alton; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Erik Steuer, Ashley Finethy Wheeler and Ricky Finethy.
