He was predeceased by: his father George Fogg; and his sister Denice Svenson. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Jeremy, Lindsey, Joe and Ashley; his mother Shirley; and his brothers, Gary and Keith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
