He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Stockman Downing; his children, Jennifer Downing Mlinac (Matthew), Jocelyn Downing Robertson (Bryan), Julie Downing Monteiro (Dave), Megan Moulton Elder (Nelson) and Jillian Moulton; and his grandchildren, Leighton, Theron, Jace, Cameron, Ella, Brayden, Marshall and Zoey. He was also cherished by numerous extended family members and friends.
