She is survived by: her children, Paul E. Bailey, Jr., Deborah Smith, Phillip A. Bailey, Mark A. Bailey, Joel T. Bailey and Timothy J. Bailey; and her siblings, Adele, James and Delphin. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
