He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Cutter, Sr. and June R. Cutter (Newton). He is survived by: his sister Waneta J. Garland (William); his nephew Nathane Garland (Jackson Beasley); his aunt Carlene Cutter; and his uncle Frank M. Cutter, Jr.. He is also survived by many cousins and a friend.
