She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Simms and Gloria Simms (Fisher). She is survived by: her sons, Kaleb and Dalton Hutchinson; her fiancé Greg Bacon of Alstead; her siblings, Wendy Leahy of Westmoreland, Christine Scranton of Claremont and Robert Simms III of Charlestown; and her friend Sean Anderson.

“You don't know me, but I met Tammy when she had a table at our church bazaar several years ago. I became FB friends with her. I was only acquainted with Tammy casually, but I liked her and appreciated her many talents. I had no idea until reading the Alstead Town Report that she had passed at such a young age. To all of you who are family and friends and must miss her so very much, I offer my condolences. I was saddened to learn of her passing. May God's blessings help give you peace.”
