He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara L. "Barbie" (Hurlburt). He is survived by: his parents, Richard J. Celen and Mildred Woodward (Hazzard); his daughters, Meagan LaDuke (Jeffrey) of Allenstown and Kim Celen of Allenstown; and his sister Cynthia Hinxman of Londonderry.
