He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Perkins and Lillian Perkins (Kassahn); and his wife Judi Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Todd Perkins (Teresa) and Amy Keefer (Wayne); his grandchildren, Emily Gillispie (Kyle), Lydia Perkins, Adam Perkins, Eli Perkins, Taylan Keefer and Kerigan Keefer; and his great grandchild Riley Perkins. He is also survived by many cousins and other family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Yutan Volunteer Fire Department.
