We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2019, at the age of 85, Laurence Anthony Raether (Yutan, Nebraska), born in Valley, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Albert; and his siblings, Dick, John and Mary. He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Raether; his children, LaRon Putjenter (Mike), Randy Raether (Julie), Staci Bell (Jerry) and Christi Kubat (Matt); his grandchildren, Jason (Joy), Tony (Jennifer), Angela (Jonathan), Nick (Jenny), Mady, Jordan, Hannah, Riley, Carson, Sam and Noah; and his sisters, Ann Spilman (Paul) and Kathy Jensen (Arlo). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and his many, many friends.
