He is survived by: his mother Jeris Miller (Sievers) of Yutan; his children, Morgan, Courtnie, Beau and Dylan; and his siblings, Christy Kuhl of Yutan, Cathy Raver (David) of Omaha and John Jr. Miller (Briget) of Arlington, NE. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 2 great nephews and 1 great niece.
