She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin H. Gates and Margaret Anna Gates (Geringer); her sons, David Lee Kleinholz and Randy Tidd-Kleinholz; and her sister-in-law Linda Gates (Sniffer).
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Breiner (Ron); her granddaughters, Shana Appleton of Cincinnati, OH and Jessica Green (Drew) of Bellefontaine, OH; her brothers, Martin Gates of Norfolk, NE and Forrest Gates of Norfolk, NE; her stepdaughter Paige Elliott (Dustin); her stepgrandsons, Roman and Aidan of Ozark, MO; her close friends, Esther Geiger, Mike Meehan, Jenifer Bushing, Roger, Shirley Wilke, Teresa Jano, Larry, Donna Schroeder (Arkle), John Schrever, Birdie Farr, Carolyn Jones, Gene, Lori and David Hinkle; and also Derrell Appleton of West Liberty, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to York Adopt-A-Pet.
