He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Browitt and Clara Mae Browitt (Collingham); his niece Shelly Schweitzer; his aunt Francis; and his uncle Orion Collingham.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Shay; his children, Daniel Browitt (Sandra) of McCool Jct and Gina Godding (Jesse) of Waxahachie, TX.; his granddaughter Krystal Rasmussen (Jeff) of McCool Jct; his great grandchildren, Klaire, Charlotte and Samuel; his grandchild Jordan Browitt (Amanda) of Funk, NE; his great grandchildren, Neveah, Bentley, Karmen Browitt of Lincoln, Sean Godding of Lubbock, TX and Seth Godding (Courtney) of Abilene, TX.; his sister Judy Rodriguez (José) of Grand Island, NE; his niece Julie Knehans (Mike) of Grand Island; his nephew Terry Schweitzer (Caresse) of Grand Island; his cousin Don Miller (Barb) of Sun City, AZ; and his close friends, Vivian Nielsen and Donna Lee Talkington.
