He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Koch; his children, Paul Koch of York, Tyler Effle of Omaha, NE and Sarah Koch of York; his siblings, Dennis Koch of York, Les Koch (Cathy) of Lincoln, Linda Muhlbach (Glen) of Dannebrog, NE and Sharon Van Dyke of York; his brother-in-law Tim Fisbeck of Fairbury; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Fisbeck of York. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
